How do Lesfora gift sets work?

Choose a gift set, then select the pieces available for that set. Each set has its own selection of products and options, so you can create a gift that feels just right. Gift sets are available in Mini, Classic, and Premium.

Can I customize my gift set?

Yes. You can choose from the available colors, designs, scents, and other options for each gift set. If you have a special request, send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

Is the gift box included?

Yes. For now, every gift set comes in a complimentary gift box. We’re also including a free hair accessory while supplies last.

How much is shipping?

Shipping fees depend on your delivery address and are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping page for more information. You may also qualify for shipping discounts on eligible orders.

How do you ship, and how can I track my order?

We ship nationwide through J&T Express. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, we’ll send you the tracking details so you can follow its delivery. See our Shipping page for estimated delivery times.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and QR Ph payments. For COD orders, simply pay the delivery rider when your order arrives. For QR Ph payments, scan the QR code provided at checkout using your mobile banking or e-wallet app. You can view the list of supported banks and payment providers during checkout.

Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Absolutely! Enter the recipient’s delivery details at checkout. You can also add a personal message in the Personal Message box, and we’ll include your note with the gift.
